What we collect

If you sign up for alerts: your email address, county, and property type. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) may be kept by our host. The alerts signup is not live yet.

How we use it

To send the alerts you confirmed through double opt-in, and to run and improve the site. Every alert includes an unsubscribe link.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us run the site and send email, only for that purpose, or when required by law. If you click an affiliate link, the partner site's privacy policy applies there.

Nevada residents: sale opt-out

Under Nevada law (NRS 603A, as amended by SB 220), you can tell us not to sell covered information we collect about you. We do not sell it today, but you can still submit a verified opt-out request and we will honor it if that ever changes. Email privacy@appealodds.com (TODO: pending domain approval) with the subject "Nevada opt-out" and the email address you used. We respond within 60 days.

Unsubscribe from any alert, or email privacy@appealodds.com (TODO: pending domain approval) to access or delete your information.

We currently use no cookies, analytics, or tracking pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

Retention

We keep your alert email until you unsubscribe, then delete it within 30 days, except a suppression record.
